Return Policy

General Return Policy

We operate a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@hopology.nl. Please note: Returns must be sent to the following address: Gerard Den Brabanderhof 58, 1628 WC, Hoorn, Netherlands.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Inspection Upon Receipt

Damages and Issues. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will promptly evaluate the issue and resolve it for you.

Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, sale items or gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

EU Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)

Statutory 14-day cooling-off period in the EU. Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded within ten business days on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Please contact us at info@hopology.nl if it has been more than 15 business days since we approved your return.
