Delivery Times and Processing

We understand you can’t wait to taste your new brews. That’s why every order placed on weekdays before 8:00 PM (CEST) is shipped out the very next day. Please note that public holidays or unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times.

  • The Netherlands (NL): Orders are typically delivered within 1–2 business days.

  • Europe Zone 1: Orders are typically delivered within 2–3 business days.

  • Europe Zone 2: Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days.

Shipping Costs

To keep our exclusive, globally-sourced beers accessible, we maintain clear and competitive rates. Shipping costs are calculated automatically during the checkout process.

The Netherlands (NL)

  • For orders under €75: A fixed rate of €6.95.

  • Orders valued at €75 or more qualify for Complimentary Shipping.

Europe Zone 1

  • Countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Monaco, Spain, & Sweden.

  • Rates by Weight:

    • Small Package (0kg–2kg): €12.50

    • Medium Package (2.01kg–5kg): €19.50

    • Large Package (5.01kg–10kg): €24.95

    • Heavy Package (10.01kg–20kg): €34.95

  • Orders valued at €99.50 or more qualify for Complimentary Shipping.

Europe Zone 2

  • Countries: Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland, & the United Kingdom.

  • Rates by Weight:

    • Small Package (0kg–2kg): €17.95

    • Medium Package (2.01kg–5kg): €24.95

    • Large Package (5.01kg–10kg): €29.95

    • Heavy Package (10.01kg–20kg): €39.95

  • Orders valued at €149.50 or more qualify for Complimentary Shipping.

Other Countries

Shipping costs for other countries (not mentioned in Zone 1 or 2) vary based on the destination and weight. These costs are automatically calculated during checkout. Please contact us at info@hopology.nl if your country is currently unavailable.

Tracking and Packaging

  • Track & Trace: Once your order is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a tracking code via email. This allows you to follow your package accurately and know precisely when to expect it.

  • Packaging: At Hopology, we ensure your rare beers are delivered safely and quickly. We use sturdy, secure, and break-proof packaging to guarantee your order arrives undamaged.

Delivery Issues and Claims

  • Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If anything is missing, damaged, or you received an incorrect product, contact us immediately at info@hopology.nl.

  • Important: Damage Claim Window: For damage to the contents that was not immediately visible on the outside (such as internal breakage), you must report this within 7 days of receipt. We insure the contents of our packages and are unable to file a claim with the carrier after this period. Please ensure you check the contents promptly. We will then arrange an appropriate solution.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship alcoholic products to countries or regions where it is legally prohibited.

  • The buyer is solely responsible for complying with local import rules and any additional taxes in the country of destination.
